Katie here….needed to add some bike miles to my total (I’m involved in the May Bike Month competition sponsored by Rideshare) so hubby (Chris) and I planned a ride up and over Prefumo Canyon. (He follows me in our Kawasaki mule for safety.) Towards the top, I noticed fields of white flowers that I could not identify at first. Giving them a closer look, they were fields of white lupine. Beautiful! I, personally, had never seen white lupine, only the purple kind. Chris snapped some great photos, but to see it in person is even better.
